Chinese premier congratulates Thai PM on Thailand's National Day

BEIJING, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Friday sent a congratulatory message to Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul on the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand.

In his message, Li said that China and Thailand are good relatives, good friends and good partners, adding that this year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties and the "Golden Jubilee of China-Thailand Friendship."

Not long ago, Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua paid his first state visit to China, during which Chinese President Xi Jinping and King Vajiralongkorn made a strategic plan to deepen the building of the China-Thailand community with a shared future under the new situation, Li said.

Li expressed his willingness to work with Anutin to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, and further deepen the comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two countries, so as to promote deeper and more concrete progress in building the China-Thailand community with a shared future.
